APPLICATION OF "GUIDANCE FOR RECREATIONAL CRAFT"
1. Unless expressly specified otherwise, the recreational crafts for which contracts for 2013.
requirements in the Guidance apply to the construction are signed on or after 1 Aug.
2. The amendments to the rules for 2011 edition and their effective date are as follows;
