101. General

1. FRP ships to which the International Convention for Load Line apply are to comply with the re- quirements of Convention for bulwarks, guardrails, freeing arrangement, side openings, scuttles, ven- tilators and gangways.

2. In FRP ships other than specified in the preceding 1, the arrangement and construction of those are to be in accordance with the discretion of the Society.
