1. Application

The machinery for self propelled dredger are to comply with the relevant requirements of the rules for the classification of steel ships in addition to this rules and regulations.

2. Control and monitoring of propulsion system

Generally, if there is no crew in propulsion machinery spaces of dredgers during voyage, the con-

and monitoring systems are to be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Rules

and Classification of Steel Ships.
