"RULES FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF FIXED OFFSHORE STRUCTURES"
1. Unless expressly specified otherwise, the requirements in the Rules apply to Fixed Structures for which contracts for construction are signed on or after 1 July 2014.
2. The amendments to the Rules for 2013 edition and their effective date are as follows;
